Fern Psychiatry offers outpatient psychiatric services for people currently experiencing mental health symptoms (chronic or new onset) that are affecting their quality of life

Initial Appointments

These can range from 60 to 90 minutes. These are detailed evaluations to determine a diagnosis and individualized treatment plans.

Medication Management 

Visits can range from 15 to 30 min, the goal of treatment is to reduce the acuity of symptoms and to restore balance and quality of life.

 

QbCheck

The QbCheck is an ADHD computer-based test to assess and evaluate attention ability through movement analysis and facial recognition measurement systems. QbCheck is cleared by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).  Learn more HERE.

The test provides objective data, which together with other relevant information helps your clinician in assessing you for ADHD.

​

In addition, the QbCheck provides a valuable baseline measurement that can help to evaluate any future changes in your activity, attention, and impulsivity.

$125 /15 min medication management follow up

$175 /30 min medication management follow up  

$350 /60 min Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluation 

$400 /90 min Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluation

$600 /60 - 90 min Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluation +QbCheck

$225 /30 min QbCheck (not a diagnostic visit)

 

• 15 min/30 min medication management visits are available in person and virtually.

• All psychiatric diagnostic evaluation visits and QbChecks are conducted in person.

• At the present time, we do not accept insurance. However, an invoice can be provided for out-of-network billing.

Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance in order to avoid a $100.00 surcharge.
